We are an Adelaide based property management business. We manage and monitor each of our landlords properties in a thorough and detailed manner, communicating with the landlord and keeping them updated as required.

This provides landlords with peace of mind that their property is thoroughly being inspected and reported back to them. Reports are detailed and provide a clear snapshot on the condition of the property.

• only charge a FIXED letting and renewal fee, potentially saving our landlords hundreds of dollars per year.
